Earlier with Global Steel Holding Ltd as Hot Strip Mil -Production In-charge and also as Head-Quality in Steel Melting , Continuous Casting , Hot rolling in Long Mills (Bar Mill/Wire Rod Mill/ Light Structural Mill and Flat Mills (Hot Strip Mill /CRM/Galvanizing &Color Coating Line). Previously, as the Chief of Technical Services in JSW Steel Ltd , Vijayanagar , Chief of Quality for major Production areas from Iron making, Steel Making, Continuous Casting and Hot Strip Mill. Also, Customized Product Development & Customer Technical Support . Adept at resolving technical issues through root cause analysis. Instrumental in Development & establishing Production of new products as per Customers end use. Expertise in customer technical support . Expertise in handling the complete design operations entailing planning, testing, inspection & and ensuring of Quality Assurance and Quality Plan & System. Adept at implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production cost, specific consumption of raw materials & Energy. Experience in handling Hot Strip Mill operation. A keen strategist and planner with skills in conceptualizing and effecting process initiatives to enhance Plant efficiency and Productivity.
