Professional profile:	(A) Commercial functions: – • Creation of All India & Office-wise MIS of CD – ET & Motors. • Preparation of Monthly Motor Quantity Reports in comparison with IEEMA production quantities. • Material Master Creation in Spiridon System (MLFB creation for CD & ET only). • Maintaining the Sales views for CD / ET products. • Creation of Purchase Orders & Handling Vendor payments, pertaining to BD • Preparation of Expense Report. (B) Secretarial Functions: - • Handling correspondence with Sales offices & Customers, (sending out Technical Circulars to Sales Offices & Resident Engineers). • Travel Bookings for the department. • Preparation of Tour Expense Reports for Product Managers. a) A&D / Exports Dept • Preparing Commercial Export documents in EXCEL format • Preparing and submitting Export documents to Clients, Bank, Taxation & Excise department. • Preparing GLV in Excel format for claiming Duty Drawback. • Reconciliation of Invoices with FIRC received from foreign banks for credit. • Maintenance of Files and documents for keeping records. • Visiting Excise Off (Sion) for submitting CT forms. • Scrutinizing & maintaining of clearing agents bills for making payments. • Creating purchase orders in SAP for making payments to clearing agents. b) A & D / Indirect Taxation Dept. • Checking of Declaration forms received from Sales offices for there correctness. • Preparing summary sheet in Excel format giving details of the forms received. • Submitting the forms and summary sheets to IDT. • Filing & maintaining Free Supply invoices of Vendors.
